2019 CINCH SERVICE EXTEND PROMOTION PROGRAM CONTEST/DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES

  1. To Enter: The 2019 Cinch Service Extend Promotion Program (“Program”) begins October 23, 2019, at 12:00 a.m. ET and continues through November 22, 2019, at 11:59 a.m. ET. To enter, eligible service technicians and dispatchers who sell a particular number (quantities set forth below) of new home warranty plans during the contest period above are automatically entered into gift card sales contest. For the Apple® Series 5 Watch random drawing, eligible service technicians and dispatchers will receive one (1) entry for each three (3) home warranty plans sold during the contest period. There are no limits to the number of entries for the Apple Series 5 Watch random drawing. The full name of the service technician/dispatcher must appear on the warranty sale documentation in order for the entry (sale) to be valid/counted by Cinch. Only warranties for homes located in FL, NC, VA, MD, CA and GA will qualify for the Program.

 

  1. Prize Details: Gift Card Sales Contest:

 

Cinch Service Extend Gift Card Sales Contest: Cinch will award gift cards to each eligible service technician and dispatcher who has sold home warranties based on the following three prize levels:

 

Prize Level 1

5-9 Warranties Sold

$25 Dunkin’ Donuts® or Panera Bread® gift card

Prize Level 2

10-14 Warranties Sold

$50 Target® or Amazon® gift card

Prize Level 3

15+ Warranties Sold

$100 Visa® or local spa gift card
 

 

No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

 

Apple Series 5 Watch Random Drawing: One (1) winner will be randomly chosen. Approximate retail value of the Apple Series 5 Watch is five-hundred twenty nine dollars ($529.00). Winner may elect to substitute the prize for a $250.00 cash alternative.   

 

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by the winner. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

  1. Drawing and Awarding of Contest Prize: Fulfillment of the gift cards earned for sales under the Program will be sent via Federal Express to the service technician’s or dispatcher’s place of employment no later than December 9, 2019. Signature will be required upon the distribution of the gift cards.

 

The contest winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Cinch will conduct a random drawing on December 2, 2019. Cinch’s decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final. The contest winner will be notified via email or telephone within one business day following the drawing. Failure to respond within 48 hours of the email or telephone call will result in forfeiture of the prize and Cinch will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. If the prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and Cinch will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Failure to comply with any terms or condition of these Official Rules may, at the sole discretion of Cinch, result in the winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize and the award of the prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Prizes may be awarded in person or via mail. A Cinch official will contact the prize winners within 24 hours to notify of prize. Prize awards may also be at a random location selected by Cinch. Participants agree to have their likeness displayed on the Cinch.com website or other social media sites operated by Cinch.

 

  1. Eligibility: The drawing is open to service technicians/dispatchers who are legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older AND currently contracted and active with Cinch. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Cinch and their affiliated and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke the Program based upon any such error without liability and at Cinch’s sole discretion. Cinch employees, their immediate family and members of their household are not eligible to participate in the Program.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution: By entering this sales Program and drawing, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the drawing, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Cinch shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
